Job Description

As a Class 1 Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting petroleum products to various service locations within local and regional routes. Your daily tasks include conducting a thorough pre-trip inspection to ensure your truck and tanker meet all safety and compliance requirements before departure. You will be responsible for loading your tanker at the refinery, adhering to strict company protocols, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of petroleum products.

This role requires working in various weather conditions, particularly during loading and unloading. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical, as you will be required to complete, verify, and submit essential trip documents. You will also need to maintain communication with dispatch and clients, providing updates and ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are experienced drivers who prioritize safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the dispatcher or operations supervisor as needed.

Job Requirements

Valid Class 1 FM driver’s license.

Clean driving record with no violations.

Safety-first mindset at all times.

DEP in Truck Transport (an asset but not required).
