Job Description

As a Class 1 Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting sand and minerals to various client locations while maintaining high safety and operational standards. Your responsibilities include conducting pre-trip inspections, ensuring the truck and equipment are in optimal working condition before departure. You will follow designated routes for local and regional deliveries, ensuring timely service while complying with all traffic laws and company policies.

During deliveries, you will work outdoors in different weather conditions, handling materials with hoses and pumps to ensure proper unloading. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be required to document deliveries, communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, and report any operational concerns.

This role is suited for drivers who prioritize safety, reliability, and efficiency while working independently in a structured environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support smooth logistics operations.

Job Requirements

Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty trucks.

DEP in Truck Transport (an asset but not required).

No criminal record.

Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
